Job Description

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Sector 5, Noida

Reporting To : CEO


About the Role:

We are looking for a sharp, dependable, and committed Executive Assistant to support our CEO in both professional and select personal tasks. This is not a conventional assistant role — we're looking for someone proactive, polished, and quick on their feet, who can follow up with precision and handle coordination across multiple departments.


The role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and handles administrative duties efficiently and with discretion.


Key Responsibilities:

Follow-ups: Diligently follow up with internal teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders. This is the most critical aspect of the role.


Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage appointments, meetings, and reminders for the CEO.


Administrative Support: Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as required.


MS Office Work: Create and manage Excel sheets, Word documents, and basic presentations.


Coordinating Tasks: Act as a bridge between the CEO and internal departments, ensuring timely execution of tasks.


Personal Assistance: Handle a few personal tasks as required by the CEO.


Documentation & Filing: Maintain and organize records and documents in physical and digital formats.


Travel Planning: Coordinate local travel, bookings, and related logistics.


Required Experience & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator / Secretary to MD or CEO.


Graduate from a secretarial college or equivalent background.


Experience in administrative roles with strong follow-up and coordination skills.


Key Skills:

Exceptional Follow-Up Ability – non-negotiable


Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word


Good command over English (spoken and written)


Understanding of professional communication and etiquette


Shorthand (preferred, not mandatory)


Additional Requirements:

Married candidates (preferably with children)


Should live within 45 minutes commute to our office in Noida Sector 5


Job stability is important — not looking for frequent job changers


Must be honest, committed, and open to handling personal tasks


Preference for a simple personality — not seeking someone image-conscious


Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM


Full-time, on-site role


Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and current salary)
