Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Vadodara. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing expense reports, coordinating meetings and schedules, and handling various communication needs. Additional duties include organizing office operations, assisting in daily administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow in coordination with other team members.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in relevant office management software and tools
• Ability to work effectively on-site and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Relevant educational qualification in Business Administration or related field is preferred
