Role Description

Reports To: - Finance Controller

Job Summary: The person will be responsible for managing Monthly closing of financials of subsidiaries of the group. This role requires in-depth knowledge of financial accounting and reporting under IND AS. The person will collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to ensure accurate and timely closure of financials and management reporting to support the company's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the monthly close activities for the areas in scope which includes reviewing, analysing, and ensuring accuracy of numbers reported and adherence to group reporting policies and deadlines.

2. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

3. Coordinate for the preparation of regulatory reporting

4. Support month-end and year-end financial closure process. Drive monthly hard closing.

5. Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

6. Preparation of monthly & quarterly regulatory filing for the entities in scope, responsible for the end-to-end financial annual audited accounts

7. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
