Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive/AM to support the recruitment and onboarding activities for our upcoming Thermal Power Project. This role will be based at Ahmedabad location and will play a key role in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent for various roles at the project & O&M.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Collaborate with project heads and department managers to understand manpower requirements.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals to source candidates.

Joining & Onboarding:

• Facilitate smooth joining formalities for selected candidates.
• Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
• Organize onboarding sessions and induction programs for new hires.
• Ensure timely completion of background verification and documentation.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports for project & O&M hiring.
• Liaise with site HR team for deployment and onboarding at Site location.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws during hiring and onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Masters degree (e.g. MHRD/MLW/MBA-HR or related field).
• Minimum 3 Yer of experience in recruitment and onboarding, preferably in infrastructure or power sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirement.
