Job Overview

The Executive Consultant is a key advisor and decision-maker to the company's senior strategic team, providing high-level consultation and guidance in key areas such as corporate strategic planning, business expansion, organizational management, and capital operations.

This position will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior management, focusing on the company's strategic direction in areas such as financial innovation, globalization, digital asset management, and risk control, providing professional insights and execution advice for the company's sustainable growth.

The Executive Consultant is not only an advisor but also a "bridge" between corporate strategy and execution, helping the company maintain agility, stability, and leadership in a complex and ever-changing market.

Key Responsibilities

Provide senior-level advice to the company's board of directors and management on strategy, operations, and market development;

Participate in the company's annual and medium-to-long-term strategic planning, assisting in optimizing business structure and investment layout;

Support decision-making on major projects, including mergers and acquisitions, collaborations, capital operations, and overseas expansion;

Coordinate cross-departmental strategic execution, promoting organizational effectiveness and team synergy;

Represent the company in important business negotiations, industry summits, and investment forums, enhancing brand image;

Serve as a key business advisor when needed, providing decision-making and risk assessment support;

Help the senior management team improve strategic thinking and execution capabilities through experience transfer and leadership coaching.

Job Requirements

Master's degree or above in finance, economics, management, or a related field;

Over 20 years of senior management or consulting experience, familiar with financial markets, asset management, or investment banking;

Exceptional capabilities in strategic planning, business transformation, and investment evaluation;

Excellent industry network and senior management communication skills;

Sharp thinking and strong judgment, able to propose feasible strategic recommendations in uncertain environments;

International perspective and cross-cultural communication skills, able to adapt to a global business collaborative environment.
