Upguage is a dynamic, fast-growing SaaS company providing intelligent Learning Management Systems (LMS) to empower small and medium educational institutions, dental chains, and independent educators. As we scale operations in the U.S. and beyond, we’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Accountant to help build a solid financial foundation for sustainable growth.


Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (based in USA) and Managing Director (Hyderabad). The position is located in Hyderabad (Kukatpally Housing Board Colony).


Key Responsibilities:


1. Calendar & Appointment Management

  • Coordinate and manage the busy and often shifting calendars of the CEO and MD.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Send reminders, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.


2. Travel Coordination

  • Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visas.
  • Create detailed travel itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Handle any travel-related issues or changes promptly.


3. Communication & Liaison

  • Serve as a reliable point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and respond to emails, memos, and other communications as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.


4. Financial & Administrative Support

  • Prepare and process invoices, monitor accounts receivable and payable.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from customers and manage vendor payments.
  • Assist with expense reporting and maintain financial documentation.



5. Office & Operations Support (Multi-Hat Role)

  • Support various day-to-day operations including document management, filing, and data entry.
  • Contribute to the smooth functioning of the office and remote coordination with the global team.
  • Take on ad hoc projects and support functions such as HR onboarding, procurement, or event coordination as needed.
