As an Executive Admin in the Administration department, you will be responsible for various key tasks including housekeeping management, security management, managing mobile devices, uniforms, safety shoes, and stationary supplies. Additionally, you will oversee canteen management, water and electricity management, as well as garden and plantation management. Your role will also involve project coordination and documentation, handling all monthly bills, vouchers, and submissions, preparing monthly reports and MIS (Management Information System). Furthermore, you will be expected to conduct expense analysis and implement cost control measures effectively. The ideal candidate for this position should be a graduate with 1-5 years of relevant experience. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
