Role Description The Scrum Master will play a key role in driving Agile delivery, sprint execution, and program-level coordination across enterprise cloud and data initiatives. This role requires strong experience in Agile execution, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership using frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and PMP-aligned practices. The ideal candidate will guide teams in Agile ways of working, establish delivery processes, and ensure seamless execution of sprint and release activities across distributed teams. The successful candidate will have experience working with product owners, architects, and engineering teams using Atlassian tools to enable predictable delivery outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Drive sprint execution and Agile delivery for cross-functional engineering and product teams. • Facilitate sprint ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and PI/SAFe events. • Lead planning and milestone delivery across multiple releases and workstreams using Jira and Confluence. • Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure requirements readiness, user story quality, acceptance criteria, and delivery prioritization. • Build and maintain milestone-driven plans, timelines, risks, issue logs, and dependency tracking. • Support delivery governance through structured communication, stakeholder updates, and leadership reporting. • Ensure alignment of dependencies across teams, identifying risks, impediments, and delivery gaps. • Partner with architects, data teams, and platform engineering for integration planning and cross-team delivery alignment. • Ensure backlog prioritization, team capacity planning, velocity modeling, and KPI/metric tracking. • Lead sprint analytics, Agile metrics, OKRs, and dashboard reporting to measure delivery performance. • Drive continuous improvement of processes, Agile coaching, and best practices across delivery teams. • Support change management, release planning, and SDLC compliance across delivery workstreams. • Collaborate with leadership to drive roadmap planning, communication, and operational readiness. • Provide strong delivery leadership in a servant-leadership capacity, ensuring predictable and transparent execution. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: • 6+ years of experience in project management, Agile delivery, or program execution. • Strong experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum, SAFe, and PMP-based delivery governance. • Hands-on experience managing delivery using Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile delivery models, PI planning, Scrum-of-Scrums, and release management. • Experience collaborating with enterprise stakeholders across architecture, engineering, data, and product functions. • Excellent delivery planning, stakeholder communication, and escalation handling skills. • Experience coordinating distributed delivery teams and cross-team dependencies. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ensure consistent delivery outcomes in dynamic environments. • Fluent in English and comfortable working with distributed teams.
