KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Buyer Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and international/domestic buyers. Understand buyer requirements, specifications, and delivery timelines. Share product developments, costing, samples, and approvals with buyers in a timely manner. Manage order confirmations, amendments, and maintain proper documentation. Address buyer queries, concerns, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the order lifecycle. 2. Production Coordination: Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely execution of orders according to buyer specifications. Monitor production schedules, lead times, and ensure milestones are being met. Share buyer comments, technical sheets, and updated requirements with production team. 3. Operations & Supply Chain Alignment: Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth flow of materials, logistics, and order dispatch. Support timely documentation for shipping, packaging, labeling, and quality inspections. 4. Sampling & Product Development: Manage the development and approval of samples. Coordinate sampling timelines and ensure all feedback is shared and implemented efficiently. 5. Quality Control & Compliance: Liaise with QA/QC teams to ensure production meets buyer standards. Coordinate third-party inspections, audits, and compliance documentation as required. 6. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain order trackers, T&A (Time & Action) calendars, and production status reports. Prepare weekly updates for internal teams and buyers on order progress and delivery schedules. 7. Problem Solving: Proactively identify production or supply chain issues and coordinate solutions across departments. Escalate any delays or risks to the relevant stakeholders and offer feasible recovery plans.
