Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee facility management activities, including maintenance schedules and inventory control.
  • Manage day-to-day office administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives as needed.

  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

  • Manage petty cash and coordinate with the accounting/finance department.

  • Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and overall professional appearance; liaise with building management and vendors.
