Business Importance of the Role: The execution Specialist role is responsible for monitoring and managing the inventory levels based on the ordering trends & forecasts. The purpose of this position is to proactively manage sales order booking requirements, oversee the performance in aspect ranging from order to shipment to billing and customer service. This is a business-critical role which will hone your business forecast skills, Inventory Management and will transition you to grow up with bigger roles within Genworks. You will have our trust and backing to take complete ownership to drive execution by working closely with Sales, Service, Product Specialist and Support team in enhancing their engagement index with customers. You will have to be quick in actions and pay attention to details as the role will be responsible for day-to-day operations rigor to manage execution.

Key Responsibilities to Deliver (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual):

  • Responsible to understand the business needs & organization goal and translate them into operational needs.
  • Co-ordinating with Sales & Product teams to ensure on timely receipt of all order related documents
  • Establishing and using dashboards & metrics to measure accomplishments & forecasting monthly in line with business expectations & revenue projections and identify issues and resolving within the TATs, managing & documenting the entire process, and publishing the daily update dashboard to track visibility of the order process
  • Ensuring to co-ordinate with the respective stakeholders to ensure timely order delivery to the customers, leading to positive customer experience
  • Ensuring to proactively engage with customers about the order status based on inputs and addressing customer queries on timely basis.
  • Responsible to adopt organizations process & policies and utilizing required tools for documentation, ensuring first-time right for documentation for order processing & revenue recognition. Ensuring to comply legal & statutory requirements.
  • Ensuring to connect weekly with the field sales team & solution team and leveraging support from the solution team where needed for OEM Engagement
  • Ensuring to be aware of repercussions on missing revenue & identifying risks affecting supply/ delivery/ customer demand & striving to course-correct to achieve target. Leveraging previous trend and metrics to improve operational capability.
  • Responsible to track stock availability and ordering needs for product lines with business goals. Ensuring to track the liquidation of aging & expiring inventory and proactively implementing actions in discussion with the respective key stakeholders. Ideal Candidate Persona (Education, Work Experience, Skillset, Mindset) to be successful in the role:
  • Any Bachelor or master’s degree from an accredited academic institution.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in Operational, Supply Chain Execution Role. Experience from Healthcare Industry will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent Analytical & Articulation skills; able to present ideas in a way that produces understanding and impact
  • Ability to proactively work along with sales, service, solution & support team and follow up for execution daily over telecon/email.
  • Ability to understand the customer needs & requirements and should be customer oriented.
  • Self-Motivated Individual determined to achieve challenging goals & objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively influence and

build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and confidential/sensitive information

  • Proficient in Advanced MS Office

Planning & Analysis: Understands the business need, organizational goals and how they translate into operational needs, is aware of the complete supply chain cycle and possible bottlenecks in the process, works efficiently to reduce TAT, forecasts monthly in line with business expectations & revenue projections across modalities, tracks stock availability, leverages previous trends and metrics to improve operational capability provides early warning signals on risks, presents cash need by business, makes prudent & efficient business decisions on logistics & warehousing for each transaction, identifies risks affecting supply/delivery/customer demand

End-to-End Inventory Management: Takes responsibility for achieving group goals, establishes and uses dashboards & metrics to measure accomplishment of group goals and adjusts in work as needed, uses metrics and other resources to identify and resolve systemic issues, is aware of repercussions on missing revenues & strives to course correct to achieve target, is empowered to take decisions, takes personal

accountability for own actions and errors. Tracks stock availability and ordering needs for every product line in line with business goals, liquidation of aging and or expiring inventory, interlocks with the Procurement & Finance teams for OEM management
