Job Description

Responsibilities

Inventory and warehouse management:
Monitor stock levels, conduct audits, manage inventory records, ensure proper storage and labeling, and oversee warehouse staff.
Logistics and transportation:
Coordinate and manage the movement of goods, plan and track inbound and outbound shipments, select carriers, and negotiate rates and contracts.
Supply chain optimization:
Analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and implement strategies for efficiency and cost reduction.
Supplier and partner relations:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to resolve issues and ensure service excellence.
Compliance and reporting:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Customer service:
Address customer and vendor issues and ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Key skills and qualifications

Organizational and planning skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks, plan routes, and organize warehouse space.
Analytical and problem-solving skills:
Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and implement solutions.
Communication and interpersonal skills:
Strong spoken and written communication for liaising with internal teams and external partners.
Technical skills:
Proficiency with logistics software, spreadsheets, and databases.
Knowledge:
Understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
SAP knowledge is a must.
