Job Location: - Kolkata (Prince Anwar Shah Road - Jadavpur).

Job Mode: - On Site (WFO).

Experience: - 3+ Years in credit control or accounts receivable management, preferably in a retail or commercial property environment.

Salary Budget: - 8 LPA.

Qualification: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.

Job Key Responsibilities: -
Operations - Exe / Sr Exe - Credit Controller is responsible for overseeing the credit control function within the shopping mall, ensuring timely collection of rental payments, monitoring tenant accounts receivable, and managing credit risk exposure.Collaborate with tenants, and leasing department, for lease agreements, rental terms, and payment schedules.Develop and implement credit control policies, procedures, and guidelines to manage tenant credit risk, minimize bad debt exposure, and optimize cash flow management.Monitor tenant accounts receivable, aging reports, and payment histories, identifying overdue accounts, discrepancies, and credit risks, and taking appropriate actions to address outstanding balances and resolve payment disputes.Conduct credit assessments and risk analyses for new tenants and existing accounts, evaluating creditworthiness, financial stability, and payment history to determine credit limits, security deposits, and credit terms.Communicate proactively with tenants regarding payment obligations, payment reminders, and account reconciliations, responding promptly to inquiries, disputes, and requests for payment arrangements.Prepare and analyse financial reports, aging summaries, and collection forecasts, providing insights, recommendations, and action plans to senior management to support decision-making and improve credit management efficiency.Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in credit management, attend training sessions, seminars, and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in credit risk assessment and collection strategies.

Pay: ₹29,698.10 - ₹62,990.33 per month
