JOB Description For Exchange Admin L2 Customer Name MSIL LOCATION Gurgaon DOMAIN EXCHANGE/O365 Level (L1/L2/L3) L2 Required Relevant Domain Experience At least 5 years Job Type (Onsite/Remote) Onsite Shift details (General/ 24X7) A & B shift (If required 24*7 shift) Qualification B.E. / B. Tech/BCA Certifications Required if ANY Preferred, If Any Budget 10-12 LPA Mandatory Requirement (If Any) Role Purpose We are looking for a passionate candidate who can perform EXCHANGE/O365 L2 level tasks. Installs, configure and patch in EXCHANGE/O365 Systems. Solid meeting management principles work collaboratively with other team members and build positive working relationships. High level of importance on personal development, while understanding and improving upon weaknesses. s JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Mail Administration Services Based on the policy and tools provided by the Customer: Management of messaging services in line with Customer policy. Mail account management via defined processes Proactive monitoring of mail server for ensuring smooth mail traffic using native tools, identifying and correcting errors that could be faced. Managing Address Book (GAL) Mail delivery management Monitoring of email traffic Mail Server management, backup, performance optimization and housekeeping Monitoring and managing the disk space utilization on mail servers Providing support for connectivity to remote Email users Backup and restore of mail data volume and other files on the server critical to the mail subsystem User mail ID creation /addition /deletion/ changes Ensure all the Mail ids and user login Distribution list name are maintained in required format. Implement mail log archive policy & take mail data backups. Ensure mails to be dropped if they are found to be greater than specified size. Email creation and password reset, Training and implementation for DMS users Coordinate with Email Service Providers for Email related support Technical Skills/Knowledge requirement Mandatory Skills: Active Directory, Azure-AD, Exchange 2016, Exchange 2019 (Must) O365/EXO Applications: ADFS, Azure-ADFS, MS-Teams, Veritas Evault (Must) Tools & Utilities: ITSM Tools (ServiceNow, Symphony SUMMIT) FOR HPE Project Manager Baldeep Date Signature FOR Customer Project Manager Date Signature Show more Show less
