Role Overview: You will play a key role in overseeing the department operations according to Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, ensuring the satisfaction of employees, guests, and owners. As the Events Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a sales expert, working towards maximizing revenue for Events / Catering while aligning with established targets in a profitable manner. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee department operations in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. - Ensure the satisfaction of employees, guests, and owners. - Serve as a sales expert to maximize revenue for Events / Catering. - Work towards achieving established targets in a profitable manner. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Sales Executive within a luxury international brand hotel. - Solid grasp of sales techniques and banquet procedures. - Proficiency in MS Office and email communication. - Familiarity with Fidelio, Delphi, or RESERVE software will be advantageous for this role.,
