Event Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive event sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, social, and wellness segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding coordinators, and travel partners.
  • Create and manage event packages and pricing strategies in alignment with the retreats brand and profitability goals.
  • Conduct site visits, property tours, and client meetings to promote Ridhira Retreat as a preferred event destination.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from initial inquiry through event completion.
  • Understand client requirements and customize event offerings accordingly.
  • Maintain post-event relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve any concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments (Operations, F&B, Housekeeping, Wellness, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Create detailed event proposals, timelines, and function sheets.
  • Oversee on-site event management and ensure all client expectations are met.

Marketing & Networking

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote event offerings through campaigns, digital media, and partnerships.
  • Represent Ridhira Retreat at trade shows, networking events, and exhibitions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to refine event strategies.

Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and event performance.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget updates to management.
  • Track ROI and event profitability metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or Business Administration.
  • 5–8 years

    of experience in

    event sales

    within the

    hospitality, resort, or premium event venue

    sector.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large-scale events.
  • Strong network in corporate and social event circles (preferred).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for experiential events.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by event schedules.
