As an Events Sales Manager at Grand Hyatt Kochi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be on meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners while maximizing revenue from Events and related activities. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a sales specialist to drive revenue and assist in maximizing Events-related revenue. - Implement selling techniques effectively to achieve agreed targets. - Utilize your banquet knowledge to enhance sales strategies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a luxury international brand hotel. - Proficiency in selling techniques and a solid understanding of banquet operations. - Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be advantageous.
