Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. Your role will require you to act as a sales specialist and be accountable for ensuring that Events/Catering and related revenue are maximized in the most profitable way in accordance with the agreed targets. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a sales specialist to maximize revenue from Events/Catering and related services - Ensure efficient running of the department in adherence to Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards - Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations - Utilize selling techniques effectively to drive sales - Demonstrate a good understanding of banquet knowledge - Utilize computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE to enhance job performance Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of work experience as Sales Executive in a luxury international brand hotel - Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge - Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.,
