Job Description

 
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across events, email, paid media, organic, social, and web.
  • Localise global campaigns for the UK market, ensuring messaging aligns with customer needs and trends.
  • Work with design to develop creative assets for digital and offline campaigns.

Events Partnerships

  • Manage the execution of UK EU events, webinars, trade shows, and Birdeye own events
  • Coordinate logistics, invite lists, follow-up, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure events are delivered on time and within budget

Content Communications

  • Create and repurpose content including landing pages, email copy, blogs, case studies, and social posts.
  • Support PR, thought leadership, and customer story initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency of the Birdeye brand across all channels.

Analytics Reporting

  • Rigorously track both online offline campaign performance, marketing KPIs, and pipeline contribution.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve ROI.
  • Ensure close alignment with sales on lead quality, handovers and follow-ups

requirements

Must have

:
  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B or SaaS marketing (or agency supporting tech brands).
  • Strong writing, content creation and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, paid media, analytics, and email marketing.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
  • Enthusiasm for creativity, delivering best in-class campaigns.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with working within the European regio
