Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and guest list management- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure events align with the brand's image and messaging- Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated funds- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance the event experience- Oversee event logistics and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event- Evaluate the success of each event and provide recommendations for future improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field- Proven experience in event planning and management, preferably in the luxury sector- Strong organizational and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines- Passion for luxury brands and a keen eye for detail
