Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager located in Mumbai. The Event Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and coordination, from scouting, choosing & negotiating for events, to event completion. The Event Manager will oversee logistics, budget, vendors, and guest experience to ensure a successful event and BTL activations.

Role & responsibilities

Scouting, selection and closing for the right events for business objectives.
Event planning and coordination experience
Excellent organization, budgeting, and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Creatively design, set up, and decorate exhibition booths or stands, ensuring our products are showcased effectively.
Connect passionately with event attendees, sparking conversations about our offerings and emphasizing the care behind each product.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Ability to think creatively and solve problems
Understanding of current industry trends and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communication or related field
Experience in the food or health industry is a plus

Preferred candidate profile

Good experience in corporate events & activations
Good knowledge of corporate events and network for regular events flow
Good knowledge of events, expo, exhibitions selection and setup.
Good relations with stall fabricators, vendors and other events vendors.
