About The Role

Events Coordinator – Production Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support the production team in managing events from setup to wrap-up.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams as required.
• Assist in sourcing quotations, vendor research, and basic negotiation.
• Help with logistics coordination: stage setup, branding, décor, technical arrangements, F&B, etc.
• Be present on-ground during events to ensure smooth operations and provide support in troubleshooting.
• Assist in budgeting tasks, cost tracking, and processing production-related expenses.
• Maintain checklists, timelines, and event documentation.
• Support last-minute event requirements with strong multitasking and a proactive approach.
• Uphold quality standards for all production elements.
  

Requirements

• Recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Event Management, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Energetic, hands-on, and willing to be active on-ground during events.
• Strong interest in event production, fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality events.
• Basic vendor management or event exposure is a plus.
• Good communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle tight deadlines.
• Flexible to work evenings or weekends on event days.
