Job Description

Marriott is looking for Events Executive to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey

Event Planning: Develop event concepts and strategies, including defining the event's purpose, target audience, and budget
Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual equipment
Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are within the allocated budget
Vendor Coordination: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, such as catering services, audio-visual providers, and decorators, and manage vendor relationships
Guest Services: Coordinate guest lists, invitations, RSVPs, and attendee registration
Ensure attendees have a seamless experience throughout the event
Program Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design event programs, schedules, and agendas, and secure relevant speakers and entertainment
Promotion and Marketing: Develop event marketing strategies, including creating promotional materials and utilizing various channels to attract attendees
Sponsorship Management: Seek and secure event sponsors, if applicable, and manage sponsor relationships
On-Site Management: Oversee the setup, execution, and tear-down of events, addressing any issues that may arise during the event
Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the event's success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement
