Technical Coordination and Planning

● Central Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for the Audio, Video, Lighting, and Truss/Rigging technical teams.

● Needs Assessment: Consult with event organizers, clients, and creative directors to determine technical requirements and specifications for the event.

● System Design Review: Review and provide input on technical system designs (e.g., sound maps, lighting plots, rigging plans) to ensure feasibility, safety, and compliance with venue regulations and client needs.

● Scheduling and Logistics: Develop and manage detailed technical schedules, including load-in, setup, sound checks/rehearsals, show times, and strike/load-out, minimizing conflicts and maximizing efficiency.

On-site Management and Execution

● Team Oversight: Supervise and manage the on-site activities of all technical crews, ensuring adherence to the schedule, quality standards, and safety protocols.

● Problem Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and troubleshooting during setup, rehearsals, and the live event, making quick, informed decisions to resolve problems and maintain show flow.

● Communication Hub: Facilitate clear and timely communication between technical teams, stage management, venue staff, and event producers.

● Quality Control: Conduct final checks and walk-throughs to ensure all systems are functioning correctly, equipment is placed aesthetically, and safety standards are met before the event commences.

Safety and Compliance

● Safety Enforcement: Ensure all technical setups, especially rigging and truss work, comply with local, state, and venue safety regulations, often working closely with certified riggers and engineers.

● Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technical and safety risks and develop contingency plans.

● Documentation: Ensure all necessary technical documentation, permits, and sign-offs are in place before operations begin.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
