Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for spearheading the sales process for corporate events, private events, and other activities hosted at PLaY Arena. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging potential clients, managing client relationships, planning and coordinating events, and ensuring excellent customer experiences. The role also involves collaborating with the operations and marketing teams to deliver high-quality events tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management
• Proven skills in Sales and client acquisition
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
• Experience in executing Private Events and coordinating diverse event types
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and maintain attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM tools and event management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in event sales or management is highly desirable
