Job Description

NIRA is looking for a dynamic Event Sales Manager to drive revenue for our EdTech-focused events. The role involves selling sponsorships, exhibition booths, delegate passes, and partnerships for conferences, workshops, expos, and academic events across India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell sponsorships, exhibition spaces, and delegate registrations for EdTech events
  • Identify and onboard EdTech companies, institutions, universities, and partners
  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and present customized sales proposals and pitch decks
  • Negotiate commercials, close deals, and manage client relationships
  • Coordinate with marketing, academics, and operations teams for event execution
  • Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and performance reports
  • Represent NIRA at industry events, expos, and networking forums

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Education Management, or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in event sales, sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or EdTech sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Understanding of the education and EdTech ecosystem is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
