The Admission Counsellor is the first point of contact for aspiring students and their parents. The role involves guiding candidates through NIRA’s programs, helping them select the right career path in Robotics, AI, and emerging technologies, and ensuring successful admissions. The counsellor will convert inquiries into enrollments through effective communication, counseling, and follow-up. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries ; provide detailed information about NIRA programs, career pathways, and admission procedures. Conduct career counseling sessions to help students choose suitable programs aligned with their interests and goals. Maintain and update lead databases, follow-up trackers, and CRM to ensure timely communication with prospects. Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, campus activities, and admission events to increase student outreach. Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets as set by NIRA’s Admission Center or Head Office. Guide students through admission documentation, fee structure, EMI/loan options, and scholarship procedures . Coordinate with Marketing & Academic teams to ensure accurate and updated program information. Build strong relationships with students, ensuring a positive and trustworthy admission experience. Understand competitor offerings and provide feedback to improve admission strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Management, or related field); Freshers with strong communication skills may apply. The Head – Admission Centers will lead NIRA’s franchise network expansion across India through appointing, onboarding, managing, and supporting Admission Centers. The role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring enrollment targets from each center, and maintaining strong partner relationships to achieve sustained admissions and brand presence. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and appoint new Admission Centers (Franchise Partners) to expand NIRA’s outreach at national and regional levels. Develop and execute a franchise recruitment strategy covering outreach, presentations, proposals, and contractual onboarding. Ensure monthly & annual admission targets are met through consistent engagement, support, and performance monitoring of centers. Train and support franchise teams on NIRA programs, fee structure, admission process, branding guidelines, and student counseling techniques . Conduct regular business review meetings, performance audits, and growth planning with Admission Centers. Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to provide promotional support and enable successful student acquisition. Resolve partner concerns proactively to maintain strong partner satisfaction and reduce churn. Monitor compliance with NIRA policies, standards, and operational requirements across centers. Provide data-driven reports to management on franchise performance, market insights, and expansion opportunities. Lead initiatives for revenue growth, center productivity enhancement, and network expansion . Required Skills & Experience 5–10 years of experience in franchise development / channel sales / education admissions or institutional partnerships . Strong understanding of education business models, admission cycles, and student acquisition strategies . Proven track record in appointment, management, and scaling of franchise networks . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel extensively and manage a diverse partner network.
