Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, Event Project Manager position located in Hyderabad. In this role, you will manage the planning and execution of events, oversee budget preparation and management, and ensure all aspects of event logistics and coordination are executed seamlessly. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and external partners, communicating with key stakeholders, and ensuring event objectives are successfully met.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Experience with Budgeting and Budget Management to oversee and allocate resources efficiently.
• Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Pharma Bachelor’s degree preferred
