About the Initiative:

PharmaState Academy, in collaboration with WELZO Research & Development Pvt. Ltd., Baddi, is establishing an Industry–Academia Training & Research Ecosystem that bridges the gap between theoretical learning and real-world pharmaceutical application. The program provides hands-on training, industrial exposure, and research guidance to students, researchers, and industry professionals.

Technical Trainers

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  hands-on training sessions

  for students and professionals on analytical and manufacturing instruments such as HPLC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution Apparatus, LCMS, GCMS, and related laboratory equipment.
• Train corporate participants and industry professionals on

  machine operations, process workflows, and GMP-related practices

  .
• Maintain laboratory discipline, safety, and compliance during training sessions.
• Support documentation, report preparation, and basic troubleshooting for analytical instruments.
• Coordinate with the PharmaState Academy training team for scheduling, session planning, and feedback collection.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Practical knowledge of

  analytical and manufacturing equipment

  used in pharma R&D and production.
• Understanding of

  formulation processes, analytical testing, and GMP/GLP

  .
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to learners.
• Experience in

  training, lab supervision, or production support

  preferred.
• Basic computer and documentation skills for maintaining training records and lab reports.

Qualification & Experience:

• Educational Qualification:

  B.Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Life Sciences) / Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent.

• Experience:

  2–5 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, QC/QA, analytical development, or similar technical roles.
• Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to

  Baddi, Himachal Pradesh

  will be preferred.
