Event Production Supervisor

About the RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Production to oversee and execute event production activities from concept to completion. The role involves managing production planning, vendor coordination, budgeting, and on-ground execution to ensure events are delivered with precision, creativity, and quality. You’ll work closely with creative, client servicing, and operations teams to turn ideas into outstanding brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise end-to-end event production — fabrication, stage setup, lighting, audio-visuals, printing, and logistics.
• Collaborate with creative and client servicing teams to understand event concepts, layouts, and requirements.
• Conduct site visits and technical recces to assess feasibility and ensure readiness.
• Manage vendor identification, negotiation, and coordination for all production needs.
• Oversee budget preparation, costing, and expense control for assigned projects.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and brand standards throughout production.
• Supervise on-ground setup, dismantling, and troubleshooting during events.
• Maintain project documentation, cost sheets, vendor records, and post-event reports.
• Support the Production Head in process improvements, audits, and vendor performance evaluation.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of event production, fabrication, materials, and technical setups.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and budgeting skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and understanding of event layouts/designs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in event production, fabrication, or operations management.
• Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, mall décor, and brand activations preferred.
