Accounts Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Generate and process purchase orders (PO) and proforma invoices (PI) for the procurement team.
• Create delivery challans to facilitate the shipping and delivery of goods.
• Prepare tax invoices in compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for financial documentation.
• Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation.
• Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
• Support audits and assist in the implementation of financial controls and procedures.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial documents.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and best practices in accounting.

Note- Looking for 0-1 yr experience candidates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably as an Account Executive.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel,Tally ERP.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
