Position Overview:

- This is a dual-role position ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and business sides of events and photography.
- The role involves sales & lead conversions, client coordination, and production management during live events and shoots.
- You’ll be directly working with the Managing Director and Operations Team, managing leads from inquiry to execution, and ensuring flawless on-ground delivery.
Key Responsibilities
:-
Sales & Client Management:
- Handle inbound leads and client inquiries (via Instagram, references, and online portals)
- Conduct meetings, explain packages, and close deals in alignment with company goals
- Build and maintain relationships with clients pre and post-event
- Achieve monthly conversion targets and maintain lead tracking reports
Event Production & Operations:
- Coordinate logistics and team requirements for weddings, shoots, and events
- Supervise on-ground operations (venue coordination, shoot schedules, crew management)
- Ensure brand quality standards are maintained during all projects
- Handle client interactions during live events for smooth experience
- Coordinate data transfer (HDDs, shoot reports, etc.) with Operations team
Cross-Functional Support:
- Work closely with the Operations, Client Relations, and Creative teams
- Participate in internal reviews and project planning meetings
- Assist in new market development activities (especially Mumbai, Goa, Pune)
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (English & Hindi)
- Good understanding of event/wedding production or photography industry preferred
- Confident with client handling, negotiation, and coordination
- Comfortable with travel and fieldwork
- Self-driven, disciplined, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Eligibility:
- Education: Graduate in Event Management / Marketing / Mass Communication / Hospitality preferred
- Experience: 1–3 years in event production, sales, or client servicing
- Freshers with strong interest & personality may also apply (training provided)
Compensation
:
- Base Salary (depending on experience) + Performance Incentive: 3–5% commission per successful project conversion
- Travel Allowance: Provided for outstation assignments
- Growth Path: Opportunity to grow into Regional Manager (Western India) within 6–8 months based on performance

- Based at Jaipur HQ
