Event Planner

Mid-Day is looking for a smart and energetic Event Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling on-ground events and promotional activities. If you’re someone who loves planning, managing, and executing events from start to finish, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute onground events and promotional activities
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution
• Handle event logistics, timelines, and budgets
• Maintain event reports and documentation
• Be present on-site to manage the event and address any issues

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in handling onground events and promotions
• Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Smart, proactive, and detail-oriented
