Event Operations Manager

As an Event Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of events by liaising and coordinating with selected vendors for equipment. This will involve providing detailed plans to the client servicing team, reviewing the progress of event production, processing invoices, and preparing cost sheets. Your role will also require you to offer cost-effective solutions to clients while maintaining the quality of the final output. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with vendors for equipment and services required for events - Provide detailed plans to the client servicing team - Review the progress of event production - Process invoices and prepare cost sheets - Offer cost-effective solutions to clients without compromising on quality Cost management will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will need to implement cost-saving measures to maximize event profitability. This includes obtaining quotations from multiple vendors, preparing final cost sheets, and seeking approval from the Events Head. Post-event processing tasks will involve ensuring that all expense head bills are available for audit purposes. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships by maintaining a database of vendors, negotiating favorable rates, and coordinating timely deliveries and task executions.
