• Manage complete event setup & ground operations
• Supervise vendors, labour & supervisors
• Coordinate logistics, transport, and on-site execution
• Ensure timely setup and quality standards
• Work directly with management & clients during events

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Tent House/Event Operations
• Strong leadership & coordination skills
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Ranchi

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Negotiable)
