Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Event Operations Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live events and a strong interest in sound, lighting, and stage operations . This role involves managing our on-ground event operations. From load-in to load-out, as well as overseeing our warehouse activities during non-event days. Key Responsibilities: Oversee event setup, operations, and dismantling for sound, lighting, and backline equipment. Coordinate with clients, artists, and in-house teams to arrange the right equipments ensure smooth event execution. Manage and allocate manpower, logistics, and technical resources for each project. Supervise warehouse activities including equipment organization, maintenance, and inventory. Ensure all gear is properly tested, packed, and dispatched before events. Maintain clear communication between technical crews, drivers, and management. Ensure safety and efficiency standards are followed at all times. Requirements: Interest in audio, lighting, and live event production . Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle on-ground operations. Willingness to work irregular hours , including early mornings, late nights, and weekends (as per event schedules). Must be organized, responsible, and proactive in managing people and gear. Basic understanding of technical equipment (sound, lighting, stage gear) is an advantage. Compensation: Starting Salary: ₹15,000-₹25,000 per month (based on exp erience).Daily Incentives for event days.Food Allowance provided per event day.Oppor tunities for growth and promotions within the company.
