Event Operations

As a Production Lead, your role will involve overseeing the production function to ensure smooth execution of allocated events and projects, while leading a team of 3 to 4 individuals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Taking complete ownership of event delivery from concept to completion, meeting client objectives, and upholding brand standards. - Collaborating with the Design Teams to interpret client briefs and translate them into detailed production plans. - Conducting venue recces, preparing layouts, stage designs, and technical setups including AV, lighting, and fabrication. - Developing and managing event timelines, production schedules, and checklists to guarantee flawless delivery. - Sourcing, negotiating, and managing vendors for AV, fabrication, printing, logistics, manpower, and hospitality. - Supervising and managing on-ground setup to ensure timely completion of event deliverables and quality control. - Acting as the main point of contact between clients, design teams, and vendors to facilitate clear communication and coordination. - Preparing post-event reports, client feedback summaries, and closure documentation. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Proven experience in managing corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and award shows (minimum 3 years). - Strong understanding of technical production aspects such as sound, light, AV, and stage fabrication. - Excellent project management, negotiation, and budgeting skills. - Proficiency in MS Office, Emails & Canva / Ai related tools knowledge will be preferred. - Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. - Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
