Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Webinar Marketing Strategy:

o

Design, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns for AI CERTs B2B and B2c webinars across global markets (USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia and other regions).

o

Plan pre-event, live-event, and post-event engagement campaigns.

Email Marketing:

o

Build and manage segmented email campaigns for webinar promotion, reminders, and follow-ups.

o

Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and workflows to improve open/click rates, registrations and sales.

Social Media Marketing:

o

Manage and grow webinar promotion campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Facebook.

o

Develop engaging content (posts, visuals, stories, reels) tailored to attract CXOs, EdTech leaders, and training providers.

Paid Ads Management:

o

Run targeted paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) to increase qualified sign-ups.

o

Track and optimize ad spend for best ROI across multiple geographies.

Analytics & Reporting:

o

Monitor KPIs such as registrations, attendance rate, CPL (Cost per Lead), and conversion to SQL/MQL.

o

Provide weekly and monthly reports with insights and optimization recommendations.

Collaboration:

o

Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging with AI CERTs’ brand and webinar objectives.

o

Coordinate with industry partners, speakers, and co-hosts for joint campaigns.

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on webinar promotion.

Proven track record in email marketing, social media campaigns, and paid ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta).

Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored for professional audiences.

Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite.

Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns.

Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience in EdTech, Certifications, or B2B SaaS marketing.

Familiarity with webinar platforms like Zoom, GoToWebinar, etc.

Knowledge of marketing automation workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
