event marketing manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Event Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our event marketing strategy. You will be responsible for organizing impactful in-person, virtual, and hybrid events that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and build relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the event marketing strategy aligned with overall brand and business goals.
• Plan and manage the end-to-end execution of corporate events, trade shows, product launches, webinars, conferences, and partner events.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, content, design) to deliver cohesive event experiences.
• Identify event opportunities and industry conferences that align with business objectives.
• Manage budgets, timelines, vendor relationships, and event logistics.
• Create promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement before, during, and after events.
• Track event ROI and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all branding and messaging is consistent across all event touchpoints.
• Manage post-event follow-up and lead handoff to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in event marketing, B2B preferred.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with event platforms (e.g., Hopin, Bizzabo, Zoom) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Budget management and vendor negotiation experience.
• Creative mindset with a customer-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
