Role Desc</strong>riptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Event Manager at Youth United Festival located in Chennai. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, developing event concepts, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors and sponsors. Additionally, the manager will oversee event logistics, communicate with stakeholders, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and conduct post-event evaluations.QualificationsEvent Planning, Coordination, and Execution skillsBudget Management and Vendor Coordination skillsStrong Communication and Stakeholder Management skillsKnowledge of Health and Safety RegulationsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressureExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in managing large-scale events is a plus
