We are a fast-growing startup in the student and working professional hostel industry, currently managing 2,500 beds and expanding to 4,000 beds by December 2025. Beyond providing accommodation, we believe in building vibrant communities through events, activities, and engagement initiatives.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and organized Event Manager to plan and execute resident engagement activities, festivals, workshops, and community events across our hostels. The role requires strong planning, vendor management, and communication skills, with a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute events for residents (festivals, cultural activities, sports events, workshops, etc.).
• Work with hostel managers and community teams to design engagement programs.
• Identify and manage vendors for décor, catering, equipment, and other event needs.
• Create event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Promote events through internal communication, posters, and social media in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Ensure smooth event operations, from setup to execution and closure.
• Gather resident feedback to improve future events.
• Build partnerships with local brands or institutions for collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in event planning and management (hospitality/coliving/student housing background preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle last-minute changes and remain calm under pressure.
• Willingness to travel across properties to manage events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
