Job Title: Event Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and creative Event Manager to plan, execute, and oversee a variety of events from concept to completion. The candidate should be skilled in vendor management, budgeting, logistics, and team coordination, ensuring events are well-organized, memorable, and aligned with the organization’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute events (corporate, social, fundraising, promotional, etc.) from start to finish.
• Create detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage vendor negotiations (venue, catering, décor, audio-visual, printing, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, HR, etc.) for seamless execution.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Handle guest management, registrations, and hospitality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal regulations.
• Monitor event outcomes and prepare post-event reports with feedback and improvement suggestions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in event planning/management (2–5 years preferred).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
