Event Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the ideation, planning, and execution of high-impact events for Nykaa Beauty and Nykaa Fashion. Additionally, you will manage event budgets, vendor relationships, sponsorships, partnerships, and cross-team collaborations to deliver successful events that represent Nykaa's brand values. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of high-impact events for Nykaa Beauty and Nykaa Fashion. - Develop unique and marketable event properties to strengthen brand positioning. - Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective and high-quality events. - Build and maintain relationships with top-tier vendors for event execution. - Negotiate with vendors to optimize costs without compromising quality. - Deliver events that reflect Nykaa's brand values and maintain high quality. - Secure sponsorships and buy-ins from partner brands to support event initiatives. - Collaborate with venues and partners for successful event execution. - Work closely with business teams to align event objectives with overall business goals. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless event execution. - Stay updated on market trends in beauty, fashion, and events to create innovative event experiences. Qualification Required: - 9-13 years of experience in event management, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. - Proven track record in managing large-scale events from concept to execution. - Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. - Excellent project management skills with attention to detail and quality. - Ability to secure sponsorships and build partnerships for impactful events. - Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. - Passion for market research and understanding trends in beauty, fashion, and events.,
