Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Event Manager role based in Mumbai. The Event Manager will be responsible for 1. Organising inter- college competitions and therefore an experience and network with colleges would be preferred. 2. Should be competent in making and delivering presentations3. An experience in brand integration would be preferred. 4. Must have a network of event agencies to execute events in other locations, as well.

Qualifications

Proven experience in event planning, coordination, and logistics management
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Ability to work in high-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Knowledge of the entertainment industry and existing networks with artists is a plus
Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and event-specific technologies
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
