Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager located in Kolkata. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events, coordinating with various departments, managing budgets, and ensuring events are executed smoothly. They will work closely with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to achieve the objectives of each event. The role requires managing event logistics, promoting events, and handling post-event evaluations to measure success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Event Planning, Organizing, and Execution skills
• Experience in Budget Management and Coordination with various departments
• Strong Vendor and Stakeholder Management skills
• Proficiency in Event Logistics Management and Promotion
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• Experience in the media industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Public Relations, or related field
