Event Manager

As a part of Sunset Cinema Club, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our presence in Pune. You will work closely with existing venue partners to plan and execute shows, coordinate with production and manpower vendors, and ensure seamless execution of brand deliverables. Your role will involve overseeing the smooth running of shows, managing guest-lists and ticketed customers, and addressing customer queries during events. You will be tasked with creating new growth opportunities in Pune while keeping a keen eye on costs and effectively managing local vendors. Additionally, you may need to travel to other cities or locations as required by the company for project execution or training purposes. Candidates with experience in executing and managing live events and manpower will be preferred for this role.
