Event Manager

Job Description: An Event manager is responsible for Planning, Organizing, and executing events ensuring they run smoothly and meet their objectives. They handly the entire event lifecycle, from initial planning to post-event analysis, and manage various aspects like budget, Venue selection, Vendor Coordination and logistics. Managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Communication and Negotiation Skills: . Effective communication with clients, Vendors and attendees along with strong negotiation skills. Time Management: . Adhering to dealines and managing event timelines. Problem-solving and Flexibility: . Addressing unexpected issues and adapting to changes. Leadership and Teamwork: . Leading event teams and coordinating with various stakeholders. Budgeting and Financial Managements: . Managing event budgets and controlling expenses. Marketing and Promotion: Promoting events effectively to attract attendees. Creativity and attention to details: Developing engaging event themes and ensuring smooth execution. Event Types: An event manager is a project manager for events, responsible for ensuring that every detail is managed effectively to create a succesful and memorable experience for attendees and clients. Qualification: Diploma , Degree or equivalent; additional education or certification in event manager is a plus. Proven experience in related field, preferably in an educational or music-related setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, etc.). Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for music and a basic understanding of music education is an advantage.
