Job Description – Event Management Executive
Location: Asansol, Durgapur & Barddhaman
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute company events, drives, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams for smooth event operations.
• Manage logistics, event setup, and on-ground execution.
• Handle client interactions and ensure events run successfully.
• Maintain event reports and assist management with follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of event management/coordination experience preferred.
• 4-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel across Asansol, Durgapur & Barddhaman as required.
