Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Thane, for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, including educational seminars, workshops, and training sessions. This role involves managing event logistics, liaising with vendors, overseeing event operations, and ensuring events run smoothly within budget and to the satisfaction of all participants. The Event Manager will also be tasked with post-event evaluation to track success and gather insights for future events.

• Event Planning, Coordination, and Management skills
• Experience in Vendor Management and Negotiation
• Logistics Management and Operations skills
• Budgeting, Tracking, and Reporting skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum relevant experience - 3 years
