Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Event Coordinator to plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events including corporate functions, social gatherings, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Communicate with clients to understand event objectives, requirements, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams for logistics, setup, and on-site management.
• Manage event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure timely and successful execution.
• Handle bookings for venues, catering, audio-visual setups, décor, and other event necessities.
• Supervise event setup, troubleshoot any last-minute issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare post-event reports, feedback, and expense summaries.
• Support marketing and promotional activities related to events (social media posts, flyers, etc.).
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors to support future collaborations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with event management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during events.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
